Vinnova, the Swedish government agency administrating state funding for research and development, has granted 2 million SEK to BoMill for R&D regarding oat grains. The aim is to master advanced sorting based on NIR transmittance technology kernel by kernel on oats in order to extend the cutting edge technology to one more cereal. This way BoMill lies in the forefront in improving today’s methods and contributes once again to world food security and safety.
